We offer a range of incredible international opportunities to high-performing employees not only via the kind of day-to-day team and client work we offer, but also through compelling secondment and sabbatical programs as well as longer term overseas assignments and short “City Swaps.” Our secondments and overseas assignments are based on client need as well as career development and typically last two weeks and two years respectively.
Our paid global sabbaticals are open to applications from account director level and above with six years service, while our TechnoServe Volunteer Sabbaticals are open to applications from anyone in the company who has completed three years service. TechnoServe is a not-for-profit organization that helps entrepreneurial men and women in poor rural areas of the developing world to build businesses that create income, opportunity and economic growth for their families, communities and countries. We signed a global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnership with TechnoServe in 2008. As well as providing pro bono PR support, the partnership includes our Volunteer Sabbatical program, which sends a number of Text 100 employees to work on projects in the developing world each year.
